Returns & Refunds Policies

1. Within 14 days of delivery you are entitled to cancel your order. You are responsible for returning your order. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel. If there is any damage to the product or wear beyond a normal trial of the product as you would do in a shop then the refund will be reduced to cover the loss in value.

2. Within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a refund if there is a manufacturing fault on delivery or a fault develops within 30 days. This does not cover damage caused by the user. If there is any additional damage to the product caused by the user or excessive wear beyond a normal use of the product then the refund will be reduced to cover the loss in value.

3. After 30 days you are entitled to a free repair only if a manufacturing fault develops. After 30 days you are not entitled to a refund. This does not include damage caused by the user or for items that would not usually be covered by a warranty such as a flat tyre or worn brake pads.

Please contact us through the contact us link at the bottom of each page. We will arrange a collection and you will be refunded within 14 days of collection.

Returns After 30 Days For Repair

Please send to the below returns address. Your product will be repaired and returned to you within 14 days of receiving back.
